RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. FOR THE ENTIRE RETURN POLICY PLEASE REVIEW THE RETURN POLICY PAGE.
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS. BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES VARY DUE TO LOCATION. PLEASE ALLOW 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS AND 2-5 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 36 HOURS FOR YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION TO BE AVAILABLE ON THE USPS WEBSITE FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING INFO VIA EMAIL FROM OUR TEAM.


I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I RECEIVED MY ORDER A WHILE AGO, BUT I JUST TRIED ON THE ITEMS AND I WANT TO EXCHANGE OR NOTICED A DEFECT. 
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE AFTER 15 DAYS PER OUR POLICY OR DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 7 DAYS. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU INSPECT AND TRY ON YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED.
